We interview staff and review training and assessment materials and student records, on site, off site or both.
Our reports are risk based. Each finding includes the evidence sighted, our rationale and a strategy to address it.
We debrief your staff on the outcome. Where requested, a follow-up desk audit reviews the actions taken and we update the report.
